Does anyone remember last summer and all the internal messaging around Minnesota and such? Wonder what kind of messaging comes out this year? I hope we as a company learned our lesson on jumping into fires and losing our branch buildings to destruction at the hands of summer "advocates". June is almost here.

Some people use significant events as impetus for change, and some use it as an excuse. Zealots on the extreme of both sides always use the excuse angle, the 80% in the middle act reasonably and try to fix what is broken.

Considering the racist CEO’s comments and the efforts made to protect this jacka$$ smarmy non leader, I think after he dyes his hair a shade whiter this week he’ll have BR or BD hire an external writer to issue a tone deaf message that the TMN token leaders will claim is exceptional, but in reality will be yet another sad attempt to disguise his elitism and racism.
In other words, Chainsaw is a racist and a very d-mb but entitled and privileged man whose employees are largely whiny social justice warriors with no work ethic.

From my experience, especially in the last year, it’s quite the opposite. The whining and complaining is coming from the self entitled TMN members and others who feel their ridiculous beliefs and choices mean they are victims. The next generation is so full of pa----s.
