Compensation drives behavior. I will massage a customers shoulders if it meant I got that 10. I even flirt with the boomers for that 10. About to add gigolo to me resume since the pay is so cut.
It went back to individual performance when lazy trash reps stopped taking customers and made their coworkers take them while they purposely spent 2 hours with a customer watching a transfer happen. Something that shouldn’t even be happening in the store anyway. Managers are just as sick of the reps as the reps are of them. So stop the blame game and do your job or quit and move on.

What happened to one team customer centric? Now it's individual performance slam your customers or get fired, make sure to get that 10 though
