Wells Fargo is in the process of getting rid of dead weight! Once the dead weight is gone the bank will be able to flourish again! Just a matter of time before the turn around but profits are already seeing the impact of letting the dead weight go!

The thing I see in ICS is the dead weight isn’t people, it’s processes. The people are fine and the management is mostly benign, but they’re getting buried under their own manual workarounds that nobody seems to have time to fix. There is no number of people you can lay off that will fix that.
Better watch, or that dead weight will hit you in the head when it all comes crashing down when they’ve gotten rid of everyone who knows how anything works.
Oh, come on, how can you downvote the M&E troll? It’s not a half bad parody.
At Meetings and Events we understand that we can get more done with a cheery attitude and a smile than with incessant carping, whining and complaining. Maybe that’s why our staffing and budgets are increased and our internal and external customers are always happy to see or work with us.
Every day can be your beautiful day too at Wells.
The people who complain about "dead weight" are usually dead weight.
Really, almost always.
Perhaps it will make you feel better to know that I'm aware of multiple LOBs were the layoffs have been majority "diverse". You cool with it now?
Could be a movie. Dead weight guy vs. Yes–man guy.
Dead weight guy/gal rears their ugly head again. You need a new shtick.
If that were true, there would be nobody in Corp Risk.....
Nice try for attention OP, but everyone with eyes knows the score.
The funny thing is, at the rate WF is losing talent through layoffs and attrition, pretty soon all that will be left is dead weight.
True – not all dead weight got laid off. Some are still here scared and whining.
So far I’ve seen more good workers and partners get laid off by their dead weight managers than I have seen dead weight workers laid off by good managers. If you’re old, not a POC or LGBT, and if you’re white or male, it seems 80+ % of you will be laid off. We are now a company focused on enacting social experiments and policies who also will do anything to get the congress to lift the asset cap.
I don’t think you understand how to read an earnings report.
Do yourself a favor and learn before you post anything else.
i see the dead weight being kept and hard workers get layed off. Unfortunate, managers dont even know the mistakes they make
Oh oh... Attack alert! Here comes the dead weight.
