One reason employees are laid off is that the company simply wants to close the site. Maybe they are selling the building, maybe the lease is up and the cost is to high to renew, maybe the building doesn't fit into the location strategy, whatever. Anyone from Properties know how many admin buildings the company plans on leaving, for whatever reason, over the next couple of years?

Hundreds but that's out of thousands. Wells has so many admin properties it's ridiculous.
