With recent high level Executives departing like head of HR and CISO. Who is next? I would assume it would be someone that was not originally hired by CS. Below are my rankings from highest probability to lowest.
- SVB
- M.Norton
- P Pellos
- J Weiss

Fire SVB and bring in some REAL tech leaders from JPMC.
Rowhand Admin, Ghorg Shearman, even Lorry Byear..
Fire all of Corp Risk.
We wouldn't miss anything, but our productivity will go up.
MN definitely bit off more than she could chew when climbing aboard the stagecoach in 2018.
Who cares. They are not poor nor need their job to survive. Worry about your job instead
per the previous comment, maybe Charlie can start doing the IQ tests on the high level exec's to see who can at least get a minimum score
If Charlie finds out your an id–t or you sc–w up one to many times, its Sayonara. Frankly its about time.
BD should retire. He is incompetent. But Chain Saw will never fire Daddy despite how incompetent he is.
The head of HR got another job elsewhere.
Pelos, if for no other reason than geography and being a member of the old guard.
Hopefully mn. She needs to go. We need a real risk officer..
@qko+1aozMqVX, you have good points; now that it is brought up, i am wondering the same as makes sense
I doubt JW but you never know. He has the same hard line stance on cutting as Charlie, which is probably why DK is no longer with WFA.
: @xlf+1aozMqVX. What plan? 6’s and Agile? If Charlie is as clever as people think he is then he would of cut Saul back in 2019.
Getting rid of that HR guy from Wally world was a fantastic move. Charlie's way smarter than people here think.
PP will retire.
I think these are generally good guesses since they are all “old guard”.
PP, MN, SVB, JW from my lens in terms of most likely to least of that bunch.
Saul won’t get cut. Charlie thinks he’s a man with a plan.
As if we the peons would know.
Why yes, yes he is unreasonable.
I find myself questioning if Charlie is actually firing all these executives.
What if they are leaving because of something we don’t know or can’t see? One major reason top executives leave a company is to preserve their reputation. Is some new event coming which they don’t want their name to be attached to? Is Charlie such an unreasonable boss that no one can work with him? He’s been in charge for a year and half now. At some point, we need some stability and consistency at the top.
