Did SvB can him? Or was it because he wanted to use 120 character passwords policy for all users to login to their pc's?

When you replace a CISO with someone even less effectual, while there is a major layoff push from the CEO going on, ICS needs to make sure their certification and training are current and start working their network connections. Run far, run fast, run now.

I agree too, something isn’t right - either they see something or they know something.

Maybe the big f-t rats know something we don't? All part of their transparency plan.

I agree with Post ID: @hug+1aoWGomH

Something isn’t right here.

I feel like I work for JC Penny. Constant leadership upheavals, beleaguered outdated brand, self-inflicted wounds, lost trust with customers, non-US citizens coming in at night and working when/where no one can see it.

Seriously, it is the very same atmosphere as Wachovia. Everything in upheaval. They even changed their Mission Statement in the last few months and moved “Making money” to the top spot above “Doing what’s right for shareholders, customers, communities and employees.” True story.
Stock price started to recover and then went directly in to the tank.

It all comes across as desperate, unstable, indecisive, and precarious. Definitely not what you want from a top 4 bank.

@zry. Astute observations, and my analysis too.

There has been SOME goos work on models dine but by and large the DMI irg is a failed experiment due to leadership failures.

Good smart people.in the irg but almost zero leaderahip to bring those skills to bear

He got canned. The whole pursuing other interests thing at the last minute means he was basically fired. Probably got a nice golden parachute like everyone in the nosebleed section does.

It's interesting they are announcing this on his very last day today. And the announcement was very cryptic.

There is something very wrong going on at this bank with SVB and CS at the helm. I think it would be wise for everyone to have an exit strategy.
