Displacement has been a cluster. Lots of issues. I'm not one of those people that thinks legal/compliant mass layoffs is "easy", there's a lot that goes into it, but there's been a LOT of issues, and apparently someone is being held accountable.
Just curious, why would they lie about it and say he left for another job?
Bye
She was horrible and won’t be missed.
Hadn't done c––p while here. Ok made a decision to go to workday which really isn't much better than peoplesoft. Not very accommodating as a system. Maybe he's going back to samsmart
"David took another job" = David was asked to leave because David doesn't even have a welcome email sent out to new employees with a warm "Hello, we're glad you are here!" David is waxed, matchy matchy dressed, loofahed, trimmed and more caring of his photo image than he ever was about making employees feel important or welcome. "David took another job" = It would look bad for us to fire him outright, so we gave him time to get his junk in order.
David will learn, nobody cares about your eyebrow wax or your svelte sweater. David: people care about how you make them feel and you pretty much were THE WORST at making anyone feel anything but awful. Whether longtime employee or new, yeah....you got known really quick for being a pretty boy lacking substance.
David took on another job outside the company
Didn't layoff enough people is much guess.
Head of HR was laid off for poor job performance - not laying off the rest of us fast enough!
Anyone know what happened or why?
was that the new hire?
goodness, fire everyone!
Hopefully he doesn't get a package and was told to be out by 5
