Can someone tell me why Risk gets to lay off a bunch of people and then post new roles that sounds very similar but with a different spin? Ummm sounds like rehiring for the same position? I mean I know WF is st—dbut are they really that st—dIt seems blatant and hard to justify position elimination.
I know HR is d–bthat is a given. But is all of Risk leadership that st—dI know MN is d–bas a box of rocks- but here ENTIRE leadership team?
Corp Risk is useless.
We can get rid of everyone tomm, and both productivity and profits will increase.
Maybe the folks removed couldn’t do the job needed…. Seen a lot of that and dead weight needs to be removed so bank can move forward
SOP. Get rid of people, rewrite the job description slightly, and hire younger people in cheaper locations. Or the manager’s drinking buddies.
