Anyone have insight on displacements or job title changes? I've read different posts stating the position would be cut or some locations don't necessarily need one. I know it's a crazy idea right now to think of my next move career wise with Wells, but the Service Manager position was a goal of mine for awhile.

The SVM position is getting eliminated
Most branches actually only have 1, so will now have none or 1 depending on the level.
There most likely will be only one SM per branch. Most busy branches have two SMs. I know of SM1s that were told to apply at certain branches that had no SMs because they were only going to have 1 per branch
Do we think that the current SVM’s at low level branches will be displaced or the company will wait to not replace after their movement?
