With Regional Presidents being displaced recently and merged, I can see the same happening for some DM’s. I’ve been expecting SM’s to go for some time now, small branches have already had them go

This should include regional service advisors. They would’ve been the ones “relaying” the unethical business practices down to the BM’s. Don’t need a middle-person for the middle-person.
