You should just accept that he is all powerful and holds your fate in his hands. Don’t question him because that makes you a loser. Only people with skills can be Yes-Men. If you don’t want to be a Yes-Man, than just leave. I find his cold self-serving attitude to be attractive, personally, because I like people who are just like me. Sharks are cool, and anyone who isn’t a shark should just leave. If you don’t want to drink the Kool-aid, than just leave.

Serious question who's Charlie? and for that matter I didn't know Wells Fargo had a CEO. Everytime we've had a CEO and they show their spine they get kicked in the junk. Oh maybe they're talking about ChaLEEE from the Bronx who does those strange D&I dance video's for $5million a pop.

Wells Fargo CEO Charlie is shaping up to be our extreme leadership; he is unafraid to fire and rid all Wells Fargo incompetent managers and unqualified people become managers because their social groupies in Wells Fargo. If anyone can save Wells Fargo out of this rotten rut, it's looking like Charlie got his game on.
