So our store maxed out on commission hit a 1.3 Multiplier in sales. But since we are so busy and short staffed of course we hit a 1.0 in the surveys portion. And the most we made was $1250 in commission. I couldn’t believe my eyes after k–ling ourselves to maintain all the traffic flowing in. Being understaffed. And let’s not talk about how Unsanitary the store really is. A measly $1250 for commission. I hope the higher ups understand we were capped out 3 weeks into the month and we walked so much business out the door because we did not want to open accounts to trigger surveys (to get a bad survey and lose money) or we figured what’s the point we aren’t making anymore money for the rest of week. So id–tic idea was this too cap us. Your business model does not work!!!!

Verizon is pushing all their good employees out, losing customers and looking very sad! The truth is that every decision being made at the top is the wrong decision... unless their business model is to run the company into the ground, in which case, keep it up guys.

We Max out regularly only for them to find a detractor on the last day of the month to drop us down a multiplier. Verizon is just looking for a way to pay us less commission. They are just hoping this low pay gets all the existing reps to quit or move to telesales so they can hire a whole new cheap staff that accepts this low pay or to remove commission completely
