1) I’m going to work the absolute minimum, going forward.
2) I’m going to apply and leave for another job, with another company, with higher pay and better benefits.
3) I’m going to do it on company time - because these “leaders” that didn’t work at Wells Fargo before came in thinking everyone who worked here was some vile evil pig stealing from customers.
Here’s the reality dipshit chaaaaarlie & your merry band of assthumbing suit monkeys, all those f— bois and f— girls that f—ed the company have already left, through firings and attrition.
Charles, bro, you single handedly f—ing sunk the stock price with you comments about lack of black talent. Then sprint backwards to retract a racist as hell statement. I wonder what other bs you believe.
What you have right now are people that wanted to stay through the mud and b—s— in an effort to make this place better and improve their skill set and marketability for a new gig. You are rewarding them with an environment of apathy, lack of employee empowerment, lack of autonomy, innovation, tools and degradation of roles.
I’m not at a major risk for a layoff, as that blade swung and removed good people that worked late to solve customers issues (at least in my area). Single moms, BIPOC, great male coworkers and women were displaced.
My plan right now is to get a new job, with a new company but not press it and take the first thing. My plan is to give less effort for this company than I did before. My plan is to only work 8hrs a day. What’s that? We have a lot of work and it needs to be done in a timely manner?
Hire more f—ing people; don’t shove more work on less people.
I was already putting in 9-11 hr days.
Now, I see major disrespect as a reward to those that helped work hard to right wrongs and get this sh– show out of the consent order.
Smaller teams, more work.
More Layoff threats.
Lack of raises and bonuses.
The economy is doing decent stock prices are up on a lot of things; Wells Fargo stock is performing horribly.
To call this a sinking ship is an understatement.
It’s sunk. We are just the gulls and the rats aboard.
You know what that means right?
Gulls fly away from a sinking ship when anything worth keeping is below the surface.
