Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo has a n ew way of getting rid of people, instead of employees using HR every thing goes to Corporate Investigations. People who have worked their over 20 years getting grilled to put pressure on them to leave with allegations made by displaced employees or any one.
Allegations people are stating from 2016 and the employees are being grilled. Top working employee doing one investigation after another.
Its really sad people who devoted there working career to Wells are being treated this way.

A very concerned employee!!

@1qpv+1aadOwDg You’re a loathsome, hateful gaslighter. OP wrote actually nothing indicating he/she is in SF. Charlotte’s got the largest headcount so why aren’t you telling us how terrible THEIR schools are? Haters gotta hate, I guess.

So all the people writing are more worried about spell check than the root of the issue at Wells. WOW same as before, blame it on spelling that will fix everything, cause that's what's really going on!!
Keep your head in the sand!

The treatment of employee's was always the reason people loved working at Wells. Since the new guard moved in its changed to nasty hear say investigations and no respect.

They will be in the news again for sure, its really sad at one time it was a wonderful company with wonderful people. All the good people are leaving or pushed out, the company will be left with incompetent employees and bad service.

Anytime now bad news!!

As much fun as it is to blame the California public school system, the fact of the matter is that most of the people you call out are ESL.

I worked with a guy who came here in his twenties and 20 years later could not communicate clearly in either spoken or written English.

Rather than learn he looked for sympathetic co-workers to help him.

When he had to do his compliance training he brought a friend into the office at night to do it for him.

He was just lazy. The California school system had nothing to do with it.

I know that OP @OP+1aadOwDg is trying to express something important to him/her but here again we run into same issue hat surfaces so often here... the failure of the San Francisco public schools and state colleges. Without the ability to coherently express a concern in standard and reasonably correct grammar there is little hope that others will understand. OP takes it even further by failing to even attempt to explain and sprinkles odd tidbits such as “Top working employee” and “ People who have worked their over 20 years getting grilled to put pressure on them to leave with allegations made by displaced employees or any one”... what is that even supposed to mean?!?!?

I understand well the plight of the education system in San Francisco and the California free colleges. Still... if you want to communicate you absolutely owe it to yourself to educate yourself... I don’t care how old you are. It is never to late to learn to communicate.

“Its really sad people who devoted there working career to Wells are being treated this way.”

It’s really sad that the people trying to fix this mess have to put up with the level of sloppiness and incompetence of those who devoted “there” working career to Wells.

Did something wrong - or got accused of doing something wrong. Not always the same thing.

Well it seems to me that this should only concern you if you did something wrong. In that case you should be worried and hopefully an investigator will find out about it.

HR is BS.... Best to hire an attorney before you sign or say anything!

They have made a mess of Wells Fargo. Good people are leaving and they are being left with incompetent employees. Customers will start to feel the impact of the incompetence very soon and we will be on the news again. Bad news.
