Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

How much sacrifice would customers bear?

Their will be corporate stores for a while, but they definitely have a plan to convert more to indirect. Verizon make WaaaY too much money off indirects. Verizon is in the business of profit and increasing revenue. Changing to indirect accomplish this but at the sacrifice of RIS and customer experience.
