Anybody else hear that stores are going to be turned over to indirect in the next 30-60 days?

Same thing goes for hba customer care agents. Only a matter of time before most if not all will be rebadge. Practically every other department is either vendor reps or offshore reps now.
30 to 60 days seems pretty fast for a company that is a follower and never a leader and moves slower than the government.
I would not be surprised at all if the dual stores went to selling one off to indirect. I was told that they are looking at dual stores as it was not as profitable as they thought and has far more challenges then expected. Also it just makes sense with staffing that there will be a lay off of SMs in dual stores and then all the corp employees go to the remaining sister store making it normally staffed. I mean if I ran the business that's what I would do.
Their will be corporate stores for a while, but they definitely have a plan to convert more to indirect. Verizon make WaaaY too much money off indirects. Verizon is in the business of profit and increasing revenue. Changing to indirect accomplish this but at the sacrifice of RIS and customer experience.
How is it that you guys are supposed managers but are treated like 2nd class citizens. I am union when managers speak to me they need speak to me with respect or they are not acknowledged period. oh and maybe the look on my face that says fu-k with me ill punch u in the face or the therapist remarks that say he has impulse control issues and anger management problems helps as well. you guys are wayyyyyyyy to nice
Yes that’s correct. Starting September & they’re doing it very secretly so that people don’t take it to Social Media/News platforms bcz if they do, they’re earn a very bad name in the public & NLRB & other legal entities might get involved. What they’re doing is totally unethical. Wish it blows Verizon up in front of common public & may it be seen by people how horrible this CEO is & the company under his id--tic leadership followed by Krista.

No I have not heard that, but they way they are synergizing indirect and corporate retail on the backend, you would think something is coming.
With the DM’s and Directors inheriting the indirect locations earlier this year it makes total sense that most if not all corporate stores will be converted ......eventually.
