I work for one of the fraud teams at Wells Fargo, we keep loosing more and more people, either leaving the department to go to another investigations team internally or to another bank/job. Our weekly case amounts have now increased to levels that I don't think are sustainable for most of the investigators. Our direct management is saying that the managers above them are not listening and don't seem to have any plan. Our department used to have a real goal when I started and now its just filling reports as fast as possible to survive and keep up. The quality of the investigation or reporting the fraud to LE doesn't matter anymore. My question is are you seeing this in your fraud department?
Just in the last couple months several people have left the team and our teams aren't that big to start off with.
I am looking to potentially switch departments
