What does everyone think of the new mortgage structure? Most of the people I know are all afraid for their lives b/c of being micromanaged. We get our emails listened to with technology that tells us when a complaint has been identified, told when to have it logged by, and receive poor communication from Senior Management about our expectations within our roles. Can anyone keep track of what we can and cannot do anymore? Just feels like they are trying to get rid of people; by harassment, fright from employees losing their jobs, and the environment has really become very disengaging to work in anymore. This is not the Wells Fargo I grew to love, but the opposite as constantly worried about “am I doing something right or wrong”, I just want to have fun like it used be and not micromanaged to the bone, make money, and have some sense of certainty at this company.

You want to have fun? You're in the wrong industry
Who doesn’t complain at some point during the mortgage process?
They can monitor my actions all they want, all they'll see is me getting a bunch of work done. I've never once thought to myself 'omg, what if they are watching me?' because it doesn't matter if they are or aren't.
Even as an employee, the mortgage process sucks. Rates are still way too high even with a while 1/8 off. Closing costs are terrible even though they are bo closing costs loans. If employees don't use them why would Joe Six Pack?
Those days are gone.
housing costs are going to crash and ki-l the market, that division probably get sold off too soon
Just charge bl---s more interest on mortgage loans and wells management is fine with any other decisions.
Your manager will be notified of your complain and a corrective action plan will be provided to you during the next meeting. Thank you for letting us know about how you feel. We are here to make the work environment a fun and loving activity.
No wonder top producers are leaving in droves.
