Why do I feel like a death row inmate just waiting for the day we get canned. The reps all becoming key holders makes me thing that the SMS are the next to get cut

It all adds up. Pay the key holders the same for more work. Cut out the SMS. Reduce GMs to 1 for every 2 stores than in the next couple years flip everything to indirect. And then just sit back and watch Verizon’s decline. Verizon tries to copy everyone else instead of being a leader. Hans is just a hatchet man and in a few years he’ll be gone with a 40 million golden parachute. Damn it’s sad to see how much Verizon has fallen.
It makes sense. The do-nothing general managers do more work. So do the reps. No need for SM’s
