A lawsuit accusing Wells Fargo of failing to pay call center employees for all hours worked is entitled to move forward as a certified collective action, although some of the plaintiffs must arbitrate their claims, a federal court in California said.
Call center workers were required to perform unpaid work before and after their shifts, including logging onto the company’s phone systems, completing customer service calls.
