I always thought humanity would reach the point where people were accepted for who they are and no one cared about anything but how they behaved. I guess I was wrong.
Acknowledge just born that way, but I think some of the atypical patterns are a learned behavior too.
Psychology major. There was a fellow Psych major who wanted to create a new word for the atypical
patterns and call them by a different term, like 'Koo", or whatever he suggested. Like do whatever you want to, it is your life to live on Earth and no one should stop you from the enjoyment of your chosen life style. Whatever that may be. Just do your job and live on.

We are not biased against people who identify as "different" than the older college biology courses explain Humans and animals to be like. Know there are things happening with bodies and minds that were not recognized as they actually are in the past. Would probably not even think about it if it was not made such a big topic at a global meeting. Liking everyone. Nice to have friends of all types. Focus on business.
Honestly, I truly hope we eliminate a lot of these commenters if they still work for Wells. More diversity will drive innovation. If you are worried, it's only because you are a low performer and should be cut anyways.

Any percentage needs to account for number of qualified people in the field. You can't look at the general population. Merit still matters and is still only legal way to hire or promote someone.
