Well they've made it miserable enough to want to leave but pay well enough to want to stay. Now we're at a stalemate! VSP is a win-win. Then you can hire all the peppy part-timers you want. In the meantime, I'll keep hanging out.

Just keep hangin' bro. They will smoke you out with part time gen Z Tik Tok dweebs. Once they hit their PT quota, they will make it impossible to be a FT retail employee and attrition them out the door.
Just give a severance to 40 hour reps or aggressively promote them to other roles. 40 hour reps with tenure are proven to be able to tackle all kinds of challenges and changes. We have well worth out side of the company, use it or lose it.

My thoughts exactly. It has turned into a completely miserable job but its steady above average pay , benefits and 401k. I will stay until the severence is offered which will come sooner then later.
