This is in regards to the last Pulse survey in the retail stores and not the current one . I have a friend who works in a district in NJ that the store scored pretty low on the Pulse survey. She as well as the majority of reps were pulled in the GM’s office for a one on one discussion. The store manager basically went through each question and asked for reasons why they thought the store scored low and what could be done to change this. My friend felt very intimidated and uncomfortable with this line of questioning. I spoke to my own GM about it and she said what the other manager did was highly inappropriate because the surveys are completely anonymous. Has anyone else experienced this type of behavior ?

They have never been fully anonymous read the full disclaimer
Never happened lol totally confidential and anonymous....... in the words of Admiral Ackbar “. It’s a trap!”
@1cmb+1aMYLy2M 1000% agreed !
Yes those meetings with reps were to investigate and intimidate and find out who gave low ratings. Why would any of the reps talk about the survey when we all did them with the understanding they would be kept anonymous? I don’t really want to talk about why I gave mostly 1’s on the survey or why the store scored low. This defeats the whole purpose of an anonymous survey. The questions and ratings speak for themselves. It’s leaderships responsibility to come up with ways to fix the many issues without interrogating the reps.
Pulse survey results hammer the frontline leaders with action plans, yet no one distills the feedback into an aggregate view of what is really wrong. The ivory tower continues to wear suits of teflon.
Yes DM had all gms sit with reps as action plan to improve scores
This was an objective brought about from the top down to create "action plans."
Narrator..... They are not anonymous
