After working at this sinking ship for almost 10 years, barely making $11.50 an hour, having to do the work of 6 people, I had the manager of Dillard's walk through the store about two weeks ago. Handed me his card and asked me to call him if I wanted to talk about an opportunity. Called him after work, came in and interviewed, and started Monday making $15.50 an hour, and another $1.00 on top of that after 60 days.
It is night and day difference. We have ACTUAL STOCK, and quality stuff to - not off brand garbage. We have employees! Not one person running the entire floor! We have customers! It's no longer like a hushed museum anymore!
Buh bye and f-off Macy's.
