To give a different perspective, I can name several changes (half day Friday, casual dress code, more wfh, better parental leave) I saw at hSTI that were the result of the survey. Everyone should absolutely take the survey.

I read somewhere that a truly healthy company doesn't need to do engagement surveys because they know how well they are treating their employees.

The fact that they do one here every year and things only seem to get worse tells you all you need to know.

There is one “survey” ALL of us has a duty to complete. We need to ensure all of our personal connections and social contacts fully know the truth about how the Truist executive team has treated its employees.

The fact executive management is even going through this “engagement survey” process is another cruel joke, they have proven with their actions how little they value us. Real change will only come when outside pressure is brought to bear on the situation and customers begin to understand - THAT is our only hope at this point.

In all my years at BBT they only cared about the May sayers. Believe me, the Leadership Institute know who completed each of these “anonymous” surveys.
Dissent will be punished. I bet my beard on it.

These surveys are garbage. Executive management does not give a cr-p about your happiness or well being. Don't waste your time and if you do complete it, don't expect it to do anything. And as the other person noted, these are most definitely not anonymous. I won't say how I know but trust me they are not.

It is not confidential as they tell you, and they know who completes them. This is another way to decipher who stays and who to layoff. Most executive management reads this board, so there isn't really a need for this survey.
