Ya’ll want a simple and honest answer: “KB” more than anything besides Hans has to go now. Ur 2.0 is helping “UR” peers and “NOT” helping the company. Simple Mantra to that is: “DO WHAT WE GET PAID FOR”. They can impose trainings etc for this new One Team etc BS but they can’t seem to make it justified. Why will be all the Solutions Specialists won’t get extra pay for doing “Extra” work, why are we simply complying without complaining? That’s what they want. So the GMs can chill, so can the DM & upper Exec level peeps. Bottom line Mantra should be for everyone: Do what You get paid for!!! As simple as that!!! Union is what we want, we don’t want nothing else, bcz VZW themselves & the HR clearly saying have got hearing problems, they only cater to the higher ups as they’ve been told. Kudos to the ones who have brought it all up the way it supposed to be abt insurance etc and more to be revealed in coming time. It will hppn whether u like it or not KB & Hans!! Ericsson, then Verizon huh?? We don’t think so. The corrupt & the most visible form of that has to be brought out in the public & it already has begun. There’re plenty of people whom Verlieson keeps so they can harass the employees into their own means of satisfaction & lets them do what they wanna do, but I think there is still a chance that we can dave this company & emerge as winners or we can keep losing with this re--rded leadership we got on top of our heads which only caters to their “OWN” peeps including KB, the worst of them ALL. Choice is ours & let that b HEARD!!! Wireline is already covered, how come we aren’t. That Kool Aid ain’t that sweet as the mngmnt make it seem like!!!

Yeah I have screen caps a plenty of surveys that took pay away for things like covid policies, gender, race, s-x and potential political affiliation. However I'm still employed by this clown show so I just wait. Ya'll ready to be judged by some arbitrary graph with lines no one can explain besides "do more of this"
