@kfv You're complaining about everything being touch-optimized. Execs don't actually use computers anymore, they use iPad's so you have to suffer through cheap single-purpose design because they are on a 10 inch screen instead of the 42" screen you're on. It's too expensive and developer time heavy to include code that will scale based on platform.
Least favorite is CR. Second least is develop you. Stamp is functional but meh.
Don’t forget to forecast your PTO 2 months in advance.
Make sure to submit your stamp five days before the end date and it better be accurate for what you are guessing!
CRs on PAC2000 are often arbitrated based on a subjective review of open text answers.
In some cases, the form should have a list of canned answers in a drop down to ensure they fit the correct / expected format.
Also, the templates should be built into the forms, so validation occurs when saving info instead of this dopey arbitration.
beer choices not good either
Time Tracker is the least screen-space efficient web site in history. I'm looking at a 40" monitor and can only view the info for 10 employees at a time? Really? And don't even get me started on CP&D, whomever designed that mess does NOT meet expectations. Hint: if you need a 5 page PDF to show people how to do basic annual functions, your design stinks. Really really bad.
STAMP is being replaced so one down. MyHR is my vote.
CR process is a disaster! I work at bigger companies than this and CR is never a blocker like it is here, heads in the CR dept need to roll!
Time Tracker
Oh yeah, STAMP is the worst of all.
Stamp is the dumbest application. Why did they make a system designed to bill project hours into a generic second time card for everyone? Now you have exempt people who aren't paid by the hour logging their hours just so that management has a way to make them feel like hourly employees.
At least every other system makes sense. You need DevelopYou, TimeTracker and Pac2000 at least serve a purpose.
Stamp is pure idiocy.

Develop You because two of my twenty annual trainings are actually relevant to my job.
The other two processes are entirely redundant with payroll and agile.
