I say just lay that dude off,
Worry more about the work you accomplish and submit more-so than what someone else does. When your co-worker’s script fails and they have to troubleshoot and fix it, their flaws will present themselves.
You can also help them out work with them on writing better scripts and document your leadership ability to you manager. Complaining about others rarely benefits anyone, while improving the ability and quality of your team will benefit everyone.
there is some dork in our group, he copy people's powershell scripts then presents them as his own, is this allowed? He has no idea about it
goodness I think I am only person working in this country! We dont need manual workers or spell checkers, you guys need to get new skills and no company should be doing things like this!
