Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Does anyone with power care about this site?

Do you think that anyone within the company that has any power to do anything care at all about how bad they are being portrayed on a public message board. This message board shows serious issues with employees and many employees may be actively working to harm the company. Do the ones in control not care that someone that hates the company has access to tons of internal information and confidential information while they are being pushed to the point of no return by the company?

It is not just that the wrong people are promoted, it is the wrong people being HIRED from places like Chase where they failed there. Do you think they would let the best and brightest leave?

Why would ANYONE much less someone with power at WF care about this site? The answer is they wouldn’t and don’t. Nor should they. A bunch of anonymous arsehats posting mostly nonsense. Doesn’t matter if anything posted is absolutely true, no way to legitimately validate the claims. No, “I read on the internet that the Teller cum Director is messing up” is not a valid reason to investigate anything. If you’re here reading or posting you’re a peon and not a priceless elite snowflake.

They are part of the problem at Wells Fargo. It’s a joke watching people move up. Charlie will never be able to correct the problems because too many wrong people are promoted.

I just added to the original post - "and are too lazy to do anything about it other than sit around on a random internet board and whine"

It's nice that you can use Wikipedia - enjoy your day.

Huh, based on the definition of internet troll, see below, it seems like you are the troll for your post that is off topic and trying to elicit an emotional response from the OP.

“In Internet slang, a troll is a person who starts flame wars or intentionally upsets people on the Internet. This is typically done by posting inflammatory and digressive, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog), with the intent of provoking readers into displaying emotional responses and normalizing tangential discussion.”

No, no, no! This site shows serious issues with leadership, employee relations, and morale. Don't you dare blame the employees!

No. All they care about are the wealthy shareholders and their own salaries/bonuses.

The people reading these and posting are such a small piece of the company.

Upper management doesn’t need this site to tell them how employees feel about the company.
