All the consulting companies are beating the bushes in Charlotte for people with Selenium and JIRA so you know what that means. They are replacing people they are going to layoff or have already with contractors whose salaries they can write off and get rid of at their leisure without bad publicity. Typical Chase move. Bad rerun.

The consulting companies have been fighting for contractors to place at Wells for the past year. I received multiple calls from them last year.
I have some recruiter also in NC, asking me about my interest in Solution Architect role for some application. I told them I already work here, maybe it is to move people out to other roles.
I thought they were getting rid of all contractors?
they probably should be using contractors versus laying people off, not sure why they didnt do this in the past. I had some consulting companies reach me for projects at wells fargo too.
I believe it. At Pacific Life cognizant accidentally posted for all the jobs they were going to take over a few weeks early. Employees brought it to managements attention and they tried to cover it up and say those were the roles we could be rebadged and moved into.
