Human Resources Chatbot

Good luck trying to get ANY help from an actual English speaker on HR ServiceNow. What a DISASTER for the company. No kidding, I dont care where you off-shore, but for goodness sake, PLEASE staff the live chat with actual English speaking individuals. It's a nightmare ya'll. No kidding. What took a maybe 30 minute on hold while I could "multitask and keep working phone call" is now a Helpdesk ticket that is now 7 days old!!!!! WHO ORDERED MORE CHAOS INTO THIS COMPANY? I swear, I have managers screaming at me and all I can say is "There's a ticket for it. I cant get help from anyone."

Jumping off a Cliff analogy - ridiculous. I guess you don’t shop on Amazon.

Again, I love the every company is doing it excuse. Expect better. Your mother always asked you if all the other kids jumped off the cliff, would you do it too. Did you answer yes?

So first, every major company uses ServiceNow, it’s a workflow tool - think an app that instructs new hires where they are in the Onboarding process seamlessly and enables the next thing they need to do as they finish tasks. It’s not an HR department. Second, most employees want to self service just like they do with their Amazon order. So, we now have the ability to search for answers ourselves on our portal, the ability to use chat and the ability to phone. The process is best for everyone if we can search for answers ourselves and find our answer without any intervention - just like we want for our customers. Third, don’t be disrespectful about people from different cultures or locations. Unless you’re living under a rock every major company often has their customer service function in a non US location and they didn’t get there without being productive. Of course expect good customer service, but be inclusive, be respectful and don’t be a jerk. ServixeNow is not HR at Wells - it is a way for employees and managers to engage through a portal in multiple ways and case manage queries. Lastly, get educated.

@1kvv. What business requirements? You realize they are getting rid of business analysts, right? Another bad decision that will bite them in the posterior.

No point blaming tech - business requirements are what they are. Like the old saying goes, you want good, it ain't cheap, you want cheap, it ain't good.

HR is useless.

This is what you would be getting from your HRBP in the US anyway.

All this has done is to replicate your frustrating experience dealing with HR at an even lower cost to the company.

It’s pretty bad when a company outsources HR.
