Yeah, the real time summary of the AMA some months ago was like watching poetry as it was meant to be performed. Former synopsis writer, thank you for your service and please consider blessing us again with your performance art.

There seemed to be an implied acknowledgement that a lot of folks don’t want to go back to the office.
That whole spiel on learning ServiceNow makes it sound like they are completely out of their depth and had no clue what they were actually doing with the software.
Not a good look.
I'm sure many people are asking about how ServiceNow is going.
Somehow AI question did not go well. Seams like he knows more that he can share and that something is not great for people.
