Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Saul is s-xist (unconscious bias)

During his meetings he always says "margie is always correct" and treats her in a way he would not treat a man who helped him the same way during calls.

Are you saying that Saul was braised while unconscious?

Is Braising well done? Is this what happened to Saul... is he cooked?

A lot of people are braised when they are unconscious. They don’t know you exist.

@1pyh

Personally, I would rather see and hear from Tracey K. than Saul. She had me at cheesy movies with dancing at the end. LOL

The higher you go in the food chain, the more they are just a face and the less they know about what goes on in the trenches. So of course he just talks a good game. Of course sometimes he is not prepared either when a question comes out of left field he was not prepped on. If you believe he is not prepped by staff, I have a bridge in Brooklyn for sale.

I thought about leaving this company, I guess I'm still sort of looking...But today I realized, that, you can't pay for this sort of entertainment. I get a front row, inside look at this slow moving oil tanker running a ground, watching the captains and their staff scrambling to make the most of it. It's pretty GD funny actually. I think the middle managers have it the worst (below Saul), they'll never get out of this rat trap, and just when they think things are stable, the walls of the labyrinth all shift around again. I've had 5 managers in 5 years. I haven't had MBOs in 3 years. Entire departments exist that are so disorganized that people get no more than a phone call for a mid year review. "We like what you are doing, thanks, keep it up, no real raises this year sorry, we're laying off." Or worse "Tell me again, what exactly is it that you DO here ? "

OP is totally correct. It was cringe-worthy.

"I am su-ppa happy to participate in this woman month thing. So I figured I'd look so great if, for the first time, I be inviting a female to join me on my coffee break..." This indeed is progress. I am so proud of my commitment and I hope you are too...

The irony is that when you mention the complaining, you get downvoted. Quod erat demonstrandum as they say. Too funny for words.

You people just can’t stay away from complaining and refuse to be happy

Yes yes, everyone is some kind of 'ist'. Good grief. Some people's full time occupation is looking for ways to be offended. Well guess what, there's nothing more offensive to me than people with thin skin, so check your 'privilege'.

He is European, so you might be reading more into it. On the other hand, their treatment of women is different in Europe.

@vus He's there specifically for the tech groups to hate him for gutting them. He's not there because of what he knows or innovates.

Personally, I don't think he's s-xist, but I do think he is out of his league relative to the job he has.

Dunno if he's s-xist, but no matter who you're addressing in that manner it's patronizing as f$%k
