@1ahm. I have heard the same on improving user experience as well. Or even better, being told it wasn’t in the user story by the developers. One was literally to make sure a column total was actually the correct amount. But that wasn’t in the user story. I almost took a name in vain right there on the call.
@1ecl Yup. Definitely nailed it. I'm working on a project now that if we made one minor addition to scope would help solve a recurring compliance problem. What's the first thing we hear when we recommend it? "No, that's not MVP." (Minimum Viable Product for those who don't know Agile. The addition would be minimal effort with strong returns. Nope. Just stay in your lane, bro.

There is a reason things were done the way they were so it all was done correctly. As the recovered d–ggie says speed k–ls, man.
I don’t mind the Technology overhaul, heaven knows it’s overdue, but with any major rollout there is literally no one person who knows how all the pieces work. So first they decide the go live date, then they jam as much stuff into the release as possible, then they spent months fixing all the loose ends nobody thought to tie up.
It's an absolute circus here. I've never seen anything like it.
