I heard rumors about the week of April 12 for org changes. Today it was announced that Charlie is going to be on the risk group town hall on April 13.

There will be corporate risk. They will try to manage it. Next!

What’s confusing is the Corporate Risk is bloated yet MN is approving replacements for those who are leaving the company. That, along with no spans and layers impacts as well as these ‘CRO alignments’ makes zero sense. I truly hope CS shakes Corporate Risk up and quits playing nice with MN.

We could remove the whole Corporate Risk function today, and our risks will most likely disappear tomm...

What a useless bunch of id–ts.

Most of these clowns would be a complete waste of digital space....

@jmo+1a0O3IJV we were told spans and layers would not impact Testing. A month later, middle managers were eliminated.

Some risk groups have recently been moved under the new CROs structure, which turned out to be a strategy to eliminate an entire layer of management

About what? It’s a 10,000 person org with 20+ risk type programs under it. There’s been many changes

Although we have had quite a few people exit on their own over the past 6 months in the area I am from, management has been very quiet. However, we were told that spans/layers were not going to impact us right now and maybe not at all. We have several managers with 3-5 directs.
