Yep. Time to go.
Search corporate site for codeword "TRANSITIONS"
Transition means move job from expensive usa position to $7.00 usd/hr india position.
Quite enlightening.
They have a huge team dedicated to this and multiple playbooks.
When you hear any manager talk about transition, they mean replace you with india staff.
Managers get a bonus for eliminating high expenses.
USA staff are high expenses.
Why you work hard gor them is beyond my understanding.
You do not have a solid career path there aby more.
I recommend longer bathroom breaks and double clarification questions on any assignement.
When india staff joins your team be sure to only answer their questions with questions.
On conference calls, especially ones where you are anonymous, f@rting or constant laughter are quite useful to express what you think of these bozos.
I find it funny that these roles are “open to other Wells Fargo locations”
So they got location exceptions for displacement coordinators? ROFL.
Wow, they could have specified displacements in the job requirements at least -
I wonder if it is a remote position.
how much does it pay? I will integrate AI and Alexa into this role
Are you kidding me??? They couldn't at least named it something else? Thanks, WF. Morale -10 points.
Here comes another castoff from Chase...
Yes, I saw that too! Sure tells you something...
