They did not leave on their own
“Resigned to pursue other interests” basically means they were fired.
Those people weren’t fired, they quit for better opportunities. They are being back filled now.

Nate Hermann's group? They had several requisitions open in January and December. Then one I interviewed for (they wasted 2 hours of my time ), they told me 4 weeks later they weren't going to proceed with hiring because they had enough people to do the work as is and were watching headcount. What a circus this place is!! It's maddening.
But...will they be back? lol
