Tech strategy is like Chase too, send all you can to India. They are at about 70% offshore now and shooting for 80.
There are more than 6 a55e5, they hired a lot more ex Chase people than that.

They I’ll say it again, it’s a bean counter talking that has no idea what it is actually like to do the job. But most of these people are that way, MBA graduates who never actually worked in the trenches. Theory is nice but reality is a whole nother animal.
It's a lot of nonsense without a lot of substance. It's all good for a corporate leader to talk about the strategies and 6s bull, but if they can't enable the actual team members to deliver on that then it is nothing more than a marshmallow sitting in a large pot of boiling water.
A week goes by and then here's another leader appointed to the team to innovate change.
