Another timetracker code will be in place April 1st but at 65% pay.

There is a double standard here at Wells Fargo. Those who were classified as essential personnel and have been customer facing everyday of this pandemic and those who work from home. I am a 16 year employee with a previous military career. I have never felt more like just a number than I do right now at Wells Fargo. 4 branches rotate into a Saturday branch every week despite voicing our concerns, yet partners, DM’s and other bosses( No leaders here) for some reason are to important to show up. Why is their health and well being more important? I have 3 people calling to discuss the same topics. Don’t they talk to each other? It’s the craziest thing. They have not been in the branches for almost a year now and are completely detached from the reality . We still have the same middle management that got us in a world of trouble, and they still have the same mindset! just a different game. I don’t trust a word they say. They only look out for themselves.
Some of us never left the office.
