Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

89% STI for VCG?

Why is this company outsourcing to vendors who consistently f— up accounts and lie constantly just to get customers off the phone? Why would you f— over the people who actually know how to do the job and spend their entire shifts unfucking the damage that vendors do?

Yes, Hans and other "leadership", you may save a few bucks now but for every Customer Service employee who cares about doing a good job and are the front line, doing the hardest job in the company, you just f—ed them over by only giving them 89%? How out of touch can you be? You wouldnt last an hour answering calls or in a store, even the most shady indirect store.

When 5G fails to be the win you thought was worth gutting this company for, you will still have your golden parachute and Verizon will have the worst customer service and the least shareholder value in the industry. I hope your millions help you feel better about being crooked and incompetent mo–ns.

The vendors are NOT properly trained and giving incorrect information to customers. What’s even worse is that there is ZERO accountability by the time the customer comes to the store and we have to fix the issues, then we get dinged on a survey. If vendors are a million times better, this company is doomed. Cant file OT feedback forms on vendors.

As far as CS, the calls I monitor (I have to monitor calls from all orga), the vendor calls are leaps and bounds better than internal reps. The internal CS reps do the bare minimum and half the time don’t even give the right info. The vendor reps are up to date on accurate info and go out of their way to suggest better plans and features. This is consistent and has been for awhile. For some reason, vendor reps just do the job a million times better than internal reps.

Indirect stores versus direct stores is a completely different story though
