I imagine this is how it will go for the other LOBs Wells is attempting to sell.
The whole credit card suite is a disgrace
OP is correct. I've been in the discussions and WF could not find a buyer. WF thinks their PL card business is desirable – it's anemic and is definitely not a good value.
na they just decided to sell off international business.
