Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Has anyone received a "Right to Sue" letter from EEOC????

Are people waiting for the "Right to Sue" from EEOC or are they also pursuing separately with their own atty?

EEOC can also sue on your behalf. So, it's best if you wait and see what the EEOC decides. Also, like the other poster mentioned, you may be forced to go down the arbitration pathway. If you have a strong case, then then WF may have to pay for your atty fees anyway, if you win.

You need the right to sue letter before your attorney can file a suit. Also, you may have been forced to sign an arbitration agreement when you were hired, so you can’t sue. Check to see what you signed when onboarded.

not sure what this is mentioned - EEOC, but maybe they mean the workplace harassment, bullying, discrimination.

What would the reason be to sue?
