Serious question: considering that corrective actions, pay changes, and bonuses aren't something you'd be privy to, how do you KNOW that managers aren't held accountable?
Wells Fargo managers s— they never going to change because they are never held accountable for their inabilities, inactions and mismanagement all over Wells Fargo. They blame, criticize and accuse workers but themselves to they save their powerful positions. Wells Fargo toxic managers ruin many people career, life and family . See for yourself Netflix Dirty Money The Wagon Wheel , 60 Minutes ,etc. No matter what dont trust a bit Wells Fargo HR, Ethics and EAC as they dont care about the little people in the bottom totem poles.
yea, HR here is useless so you will need great documentation and go to someone who has some level of helping those who need it;
Documentation is only useful if HR has a willingness to act. I have worked with some of the worst humans possible including child predators and sociopaths who ruined entire departments though lies, manipulation and spying who were never given more than a talking to in private.
HR is like congress, they only act on whats in their best interest and nothing else

It's amazing how many people leave WF for jobs that pay 3x as much, and everyone they work with is great, and life couldn't be better...and yet they spend their days posting non-specific accusations on a layoff site about a former employer. That new gig sure looks fulfilling from here.
