Displaced in Q4. Was told would be considered for annual incentives since displacements had nothing to do with performance but was a job elimination. Checked today and no surprise no bonus. Curious if anyone else displaced got one.

Nope didn't get it. My manager probably didn't choose for me to get it. Watever I don't care at this point.
Q3 displaced. Got my bonus today.
I am receiving severance every two weeks. Now that I’ve started my new job with benefits, I plan to submit the paperwork to receive the remainder in a lump sum.
@aup+19ghVrg1 How did they pay your severance package since you already started a new job. paid in lump sum ?
there were some glitches in these types of payments. I have a staffer who retired in early Jan (so was eligible for bonus) and we put him in for one, but payment didn't hit. OP should contact HR and/or manager to determine if intended bonus was zero or it's a mix up.
Nope.... Besides, the metrics changed with the ratings system and the amount of bonus was greatly reduced.
There was a strict set of rules for bonus distribution in my area. Managers were instructed that anyone who got rated a 1. = no bonus 2 (inconsistently meets expectations) = 40% of past years bonus and 3 = 80% and more if you got a 4 or 5 perhaps your manager decided to rate you at a 1. Sorry ... or he or she was just a d–k. I was displaced on Dec 1st and still received a 40% bonus... so that goes to show they are paying out bonuses to displaced laid- off workers.
I was laid off in Q4 and I did get a bonus. I received 62% of target. I also have started a new job making a lot more money and am much happier.
Yes, check with HR before you get yourself tied up in knots. I was laid off several years ago, and I was advised to make sure I got a review that reflected that I was bonus eligible. As in your case they said "good news this makes you bonus eligible." And I did indeed get one. But that was pre-Charlie, and the volume of layoffs at that time was lower so things may have changed. Sorry but they screwed you. There was money in their pool of funds but what they don't pay you they were able to up the amounts to others (or most likely themselves if lower level managers as their manager will have a 'final' say during what they called calibration).
