I got laid off in early December. When my manager called to notify me, he indicated that an outside company would box my stuff still at my desk and ship it to me. It's been two months since then already. I contacted my manager a few days ago to ask about this, and he said that the third-party company hadn't shown up yet. Neither WF nor my manager have taken the initiative to update me on how or when things will be done (if they do it at all). Other former coworkers who were laid off, too, are in the same situation. Honestly, I don't have valuables or truly necessary things left there, but it is my stuff, anyway. My former coworkers have belongings that they really want back, but we, supossedly, are not allowed to visit the branch to pick them up. That's how much you matter once you're gone.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Has anybody received their belongings? How did it go?
