Are sales reps gets STIs?
I have comp sheets for my employees. There are small raises, lowers percentage than previous years.
You will get comp sheets from your manager and those are available on Feb 11. Anything else said on here is just BS trolling. And of course those union organizers peddling their normal nonsense.
@2mur+19fSdfMT there is not one payout% this year. Each Business unit was assessed by their own metrics.
Only people getting raises this year are the Union Reps in Brooklyn because they have a CBA.
We’ve already been told by our DM they aren’t doing raises this year. The freeze is real. Gave all the corporate reasons.....
Since no one has actually answered the question, the answer is 2/11 managers will receive your communication sheets with raise and BPI info. An email with the modifier will go out around the same time.
Expect the modifier to be a bit under 100%.
I got my PA and development and my Mgr didn’t go over a raise or the comp sheet. I kept waiting for my 1pct but it didn’t happen. Now I am wondering if this pay freeze is real.

STI paid a week later this year, 2/26. Raises will be in 4/2 check.

February 19, 2021 paydate for 2020 STI. Next years will be worse in value.
March 19, 2021 paydate for 1/3 stock payout.
Last yr Hans sent email on feb 10 (Monday). I would expect this Monday since it aligns.
That would be a win-win for the company. Less employees and no severance package. Think maybe they know that?
