Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Town hall meetings are so monotonous.

Every town hall meeting, I learn nothing new. I submit questions and they're never read. Instead, they read questions like, can you tell us what that is in your background? Wth? I don't care what's in someone's background! Read and answer the questions that people at Wells want answers to!

It is a box checking exercise only.....they need to be able to show they are maintaining a connection with the tools. Worst overall leadership team bottom to top in 3 decades......

As long as they cover clearly the most pressing thing. Diversity, equity and inclusion, it’s worth all our time!

Town Halls are nothing but giving the higher ups visibility and rah rah sessions. It is the same everywhere.
