anyone have any real updates on this? It's been quiet and have seen they were hiring last summer for someone to lead this effort but no updates have been provided. Most curious if anyone knows if they will offer employees in non core markets relocation or to move or if they'll just be selected for layoffs.

@wor So you decide to name call instead of presenting any specifics that isn’t a conspiracy theory. Typical.

@wic+19eJtfLv Are you saying there’s exceptions where they’ll pay for relocation w MN approval or exceptions to work in risk outside of a core location with MN approval?
Last I heard the locations were
Charlotte, Phoenix, Dallas, Des moines, new York, Minneapolis
what is the current location strategy for risk?
I had some openings in risk last year and was not allowed to go hire outside the core locations. if someone was willing to relocate at their own expense we would consider them but if not too bad. there is an exception process. jt you basically need MNs approval to get it done.
Look at the Snowflakes melting! They can't stand when someone calls them out. Boo hoo.
I find it funny that someone who supports a party of hypocrites calling anyone else hypocrites just for the heck of it. Deflect much?
All this excluding internal candidates (for opportunities) who live outside their new location strategy must be part of their efforts to improve their Diversity and Inclusion, right?! They claim geography is part of D&I, but it's truly not, in practice. Hahaha. This place is as hypocritical as the Democrat Party is. What a joke. If you don't want to leave this mess, you should reassess your core values and soul.

These seems to be a real return to the office position. A previous post highlights not allowing internal candidates to post for jobs not in that market. This is part of that attrition that lowers costs.
Recently heard they’re still moving forward with the locations and are considering not allowing internal candidates to post for jobs if they’re not in that market.
thats part of layoff strategy all those outside of core locations get canned!
Yes.
