Seeing several key positions listed in Teamworks as "Non Evaluated Manager". What does that mean?

@1wum+19cgTg6G's response is incorrect. There is literally no position in the company who is not subject to an evaluation. Even our OC members get a performance review/evaluation. @ovx+19cgTg6G's response is correct.
Another overpaid exec who does nothing. There's a lot of them at WF.

Reminds me of another I see on occasion: "Professional Assignment"
That position is a senior leadership position that doesn't have an evaluation required. Normally a contract with high six figures salary and stock options
I believe reason #2 is the correct one for most of the non-evaluated managers (especially those who came over after Charlie became CEO).
2 reasons that job title is used: 1. The manager's job duties don't fit neatly into any particular job family and therefore, it's a bit of a "placeholder" title if you will, or 2. The individual's compensation is greater than what the job title they would fit into allows, and this title is used because it has no MRP/defined pay range.
