They failed to mention the third and fourth sites overseas that are getting a majority of the jobs. Only a handful are staying domestically

Where are you getting “only a hundred” from?

But it’s a lie the jobs are being outsourced. Only a hundred are going to those two cities.

Wells Fargo Advisors employees keep getting jerked from city to city, depending on the whims of who is in charge of Operations and at the top. And then management wonders why we have no faith in their strategies and decisions.

A Senior Manager told me, once, that a new manager has to initiate and drive change to prove their worth. (They can not take the promotion and pay increase and then leave everything the same , even if all is going well.) Unfortunately, the changes they make are not always what is best for the organization, but it often takes years to play out that the new strategy was wrong. And by that that time, the manager has moved on.

Pretty sure COVID is minimally affected by temps. Any time NY, FL, CA, WA etc. are all impacted by something like this, climate doesn't seem to have much to do with it. It's all 4 corners of the country and everywhere in between. I doubt they are making decisions like this with the pandemic in mind as a driving factor.
